Job Summary
Join SeekOut as a Talent Advisor, where you will screen candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and support client stakeholders and hiring managers in recruiting activities. This role involves collaborating with senior Talent Advisors to align on hiring needs and provide feedback on recruiting tools. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination, exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach.
