Talent Advisor II - Recruiter

The Recruiter role is responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition, actively sourcing for candidates, and promoting Munson Healthcare as an employer of choice at job fairs, local schools and throughout the community. The position serves as an advisor to hiring managers, aims to deliver a superior candidate experience, and helps develop talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs in assigned functional areas. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and effective time management, with visibility to internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will work to fill open positions and contribute to workforce planning within a healthcare system.
