Job Summary
Post jobs to job boards and intake new applicants, then screen resumes and conduct 30-40 screening calls weekly. Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers and act as the primary point of contact to build influential candidate relationships. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by maintaining pipeline organization in the Applicant Tracking System, handling ongoing communications, ensuring offer letter signings, and processing background checks and I-9 documentation. Collaborate with division managers on hiring needs and office planning. This role supports Vivax Pros' commitment to retaining top talent and growing a strong pipeline within a Denver-based, dog-friendly workplace.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in screening applicants for sales positions
- Proven track record of creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Proficient with technology and using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Great at multi-tasking and staying organized
- Team player with a desire to win
