Job Summary
Source and engage qualified candidates through social media, online platforms, and networking while conducting phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments. Coordinate client interviews, complete reference checks, and manage full offer processes to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Generate new business opportunities and secure job orders by building trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across multiple industries. Resolve client issues promptly, address employee relations concerns at client sites, and lead special initiatives focused on operational effectiveness. Consistently meet recruiting and business development goals while leveraging LinkedIn and ATS systems to support The HR SOURCE's continued growth.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or client-facing sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build credibility quickly
- Highly organized
