Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Lead for Operations- AZ Hybrid focused on Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center hiring. Drives strategic recruiting initiatives, coaches a small TA team, and manages a loaded requisition slate to support pharmacist roles. Owns data and reporting, partners with Pharmacy/Operations leadership to align hiring with business goals, and designs localized talent attraction, including college relations and events. Leads process optimization across recruitment workflows, leverages AI tools to increase capacity and efficiency, and develops proactive pipelines while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Requires extensive full-cycle recruitment experience, leadership experience, and a track record in healthcare/pharmacy or high-volume fulfillment environments. Must be able to operate in a hybrid on-site setting at the Gilbert/Mesa facility and collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence staffing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- at least 2+ years in a formal leadership, team lead, or supervisory role
- Experience in Pharmacy/Healthcare or High-Volume Fulfillment/Manufacturing/Logistics environment is highly preferred
- Strong experience building headcount models, forecasting hiring plans, and partnering with operational leaders
- Analytical skills with TA metrics and ATS reporting
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at Gilbert/Mesa facility
