Job Summary
Develop and execute talent sourcing and acquisition strategies by collaborating with Hiring Managers to enhance recruiting programs. Write and publish internal and external job postings using the Applicant Tracking System, then source and interview candidates through digital channels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process as the primary contact, tracking requisitions to ensure correct disposition and compliance. Recruit locally to fill critical needs by developing site-specific recruiting strategies and partnerships. This 9-month internship offers a hybrid working mode within Solvay's HR Business Service Line.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in HR or related areas
- Good level of english and french
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive candidate experiences and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong attention to detail when managing an end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactive mindset
- Strong sense of collaboration
