Job Summary
Own the full recruiting cycle for tech and product roles, from sourcing to offer and contract; run both inbound pipelines and proactive sourcing on LinkedIn to fill hard-to-find technical roles; partner with technical hiring managers to create fast, sharp processes; read the pipeline like a funnel and optimize where conversions drop; help build the hiring playbook (sourcing, closing and offer standards) as the team scales; fluent English and Italian; based in Milan with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in end-to-end recruiting, with a real focus on tech and/or product roles
