Job Summary
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the organisation, designing innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-calibre talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, oversee workforce planning, and provide insights on hiring trends. Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and monitor key metrics. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
