Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Manage and train a team of four Talent Acquisition Specialists on recruitment and pre-onboarding processes to ensure new hires are thoroughly vetted and clear background checks. Oversee the applicant tracking system to verify proper sourcing and tracking of candidate information while performing proactive recruiting efforts for high-priority positions across all programs. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, audit open positions trackers, and coordinate recruitment fairs and presentations. Recruit full-time, part-time, per-diem, contractual, volunteer, and intern colleagues to meet human resource needs while minimizing time-to-start and cost-per-hire.
