Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across multiple U.S. and Canadian locations by partnering with hiring managers to define workforce needs and sourcing candidates through diverse channels. Coordinate interview processes, conduct reference and background checks, and draft job postings while ensuring compliance with talent acquisition policies. Execute recruiting strategies to attract passive and active talent, support diversity and community outreach initiatives, and coach leadership on best practices. Track metrics like time-to-fill and provide regular reporting to improve hiring outcomes. This role supports onboarding and generalist HR responsibilities within a family of companies manufacturing steel pipe and tube products for hospitals, hotels, and infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Experience recruiting both hourly operations talent and professional-level positions
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition processes, and employment laws
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Background in a high-volume staffing agency environment
