Talent Acquisition Specialist with French

Job Summary
Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation in the ATS to offer preparation and onboarding coordination; manage interview logistics across multiple time zones; arrange travel and accommodations for candidates; maintain accurate candidate records, update statuses, and ensure data integrity; generate regular recruitment reports and KPIs; assist with job posting management; coordinate background checks and GDPR compliance; serve as the primary administrative point of contact for candidates and stakeholders; uphold an exceptional candidate experience and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes within the HR Shared Services Center; act as SME for recruitment processes and maintain up-to-date SOPs; maintain strict confidentiality of information and support audits.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience
- Fluent French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders across different levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (nice to have)
