Talent Acquisition Specialist with Dutch

Job Summary
Manage recruitment activities across selected hiring stages while acting as the key contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders. Maintain accurate data and documentation in the ATS, support onboarding activities, and coordinate background checks ensuring GDPR compliance. Prepare recruitment reports tracking key metrics and contribute to process improvement, standardization, and documentation to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Requires fluent Dutch (C1) and English (B2), 1–3 years of recruiting coordination experience, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms. Hybrid work model (2–3 times per week from Katowice office) with full training and comprehensive benefits including medical care and language course subsidies.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience
- Fluent Dutch (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion
- Organized, dependable, and process-oriented mindset
- Collaborative, responsive, and calm under pressure
- Strong administrative and operational focus
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment
