Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Katowice within the HR Shared Service Center, supporting recruitment across countries and lines of business. Responsible for managing stages of the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation in the ATS to offer preparation and onboarding coordination; coordinating interviews across time zones; maintaining candidate records; updating statuses and data integrity; generating recruitment metrics and reports; assisting with job postings; coordinating onboarding documentation; ensuring GDPR compliance; handling background checks; providing timely communications to candidates and stakeholders; maintaining candidate confidentiality and contributing to process improvements and SOPs. Requires 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or related roles, fluent Dutch and English, experience with ATS/HRIS (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters), strong organizational skills, and ability to work in an international, hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience
- Fluent Dutch (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion
