Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt HR and payroll roles across Willory’s client portfolio. Partner with clients during intake calls to understand role requirements, culture, and hiring timelines; craft compelling job descriptions and launch targeted outreach campaigns; screen and assess candidates via phone and video interviews; coordinate interview scheduling; conduct market reviews for complex job orders to advise on compensation benchmarks and candidate availability; maintain client relationships and data integrity in Loxo; contribute to staffing-practice initiatives and adopt AI recruiting tools to streamline workflows while delivering high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer and close
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with Loxo a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
