Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to source active and passive candidates, manage a diverse pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and screen applicants through phone and video interviews. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from offer negotiation to onboarding while driving key metrics and improving ATS data accuracy. Provide professional communications to all stakeholders and coordinate hiring events such as campus visits and recruiting fairs. This hybrid role supports acquisition across multiple North American business units, requiring deep knowledge of the talent market and Wieland's branding strategy to deliver positive service to internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (Corporate, Agency or Combination)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- High level attention to detail and organizational skills
- This is a hybrid position that is based out of Wieland's North American Headquarters, located in Louisville, KY
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with iCIMS ATS or SAP SuccessFactors is considered a plus
- Manufacturing or heavy industry recruiting preferred
