Job Summary
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently and use innovative strategies to attract diverse talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit while helping shape the future by identifying and onboarding stellar colleagues. This role supports WSA's mission to improve hearing health globally by accelerating business transformation and unlocking human potential across 130 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a recruiter inhouse or with an agency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a relevant discipline
- Proficient in interacting with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Adept at articulating ideas and information effectively
