Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee talent acquisition efforts and partner closely with leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting services. Key responsibilities include performing sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation for assigned positions, developing creative sourcing strategies, and building a consistent pipeline of talent. A strong understanding of Ware Malcomb's culture is essential, as you will promote WM values and ensure a positive candidate experience while managing candidate workflow in ATS. The role demands excellent communication, time management skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and relationship building.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years full life cycle recruiting experience preferably within the field of Architecture, Interior Design and/or Civil Engineering
- A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
- Preferred College Degree/Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an accredited related program
- Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong sourcing skill set with experience in a variety of sourcing tools and methods
- Experience in the implementation and execution of strategic searches
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
