Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across Viva's Texas and Atlanta markets, sourcing and screening for spa, med spa, hospitality, and ops roles, and building talent pipelines for licensed and hospitality talent. Maintain a warm, hospitality-forward candidate experience and collaborate with leadership on staffing priorities. Hybrid role with in-office collaboration across Austin, Round Rock, Dallas, and Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, beauty, retail, healthcare, or high-touch service environments
- Managed recruiting platforms including ADP and Indeed
- Experience recruiting licensed or service-based talent preferred
- Flexibility to recruit outside normal business hours
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Passion for people, service, wellness, and hospitality
