Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned US requisitions, from intake meetings through offer, reference checks, and pre-boarding. Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and niche job boards while conducting thorough screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Create compelling job descriptions, coordinate interview schedules efficiently, and pivot interviewer sequences based on availability to ensure a stellar candidate experience. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse ATS to track metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire, analyzing People team data to address attrition risks. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role requirements deeply. Requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment
- Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through various channels, with expertise in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media search techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with English Proficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases
- Experience sourcing in the US market
