Job Summary
Proactively source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Represent the company as an employer of choice by developing recruitment marketing strategies and participating in career fairs. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding. Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system. This full-time role supports FBM's growing operations across the US and Canada following the Lowe's acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
