Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities. Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations to create talent pipelines. Represent the organization at career fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking functions. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers. Extend employment offers and support compensation discussions. Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor labor market trends. Build relationships with external recruiting partners and support employer branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Overnight travel is required to support relationship-building efforts. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple positions and departments preferred
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to travel regularly to support organizational and recruitment objectives
- Overnight travel is required to support relationship-building efforts, maintain a strong organizational presence, and engage with external partners, prospective candidates, and key stakeholders
- This position which requires an on-site presence (Monday-Friday)
