Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles while overseeing day-to-day activities. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit; maintain accurate ATS records to ensure transparency and efficiency; stay current with industry trends and tools to refine sourcing strategies and improve the candidate experience. Requires strong English communication, relationship-building with hiring teams, and a proactive, organized approach to meeting hiring targets in Southeast Asia.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- focus on non-technical roles
- strong ability to assess technical competencies and interpersonal/soft skills
- proficiency in using recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and applying market insights
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- results-oriented and accountable with hiring targets and deadlines

- highly organized and detail-oriented
- excellent written and verbal English skills
