Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to execute a high-volume recruitment and onboarding strategy. Manage the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, pre-screening, assessments, background checks, and onboarding, utilizing direct sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. Extract and analyze data from ATS systems to provide weekly reports and recommendations for process efficiency. Develop networks with trade schools and military bases while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Coordinate recruitment events and track attendance data. This temporary, hybrid role requires three days in-office per week and offers a path to permanent employment. Champions Group, a leading provider of essential home services, seeks a candidate with three years of TA experience to support its diverse portfolio of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and/or HR
- Experience recruiting in skilled trades, high volume and/or multi-unit
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
- Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, employee benefits, labor law and compliance
- Willingness to travel within designated region up to 25%
