Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for a 6-month temporary assignment based onsite in Portland, ME. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through multiple channels, coordinating the interview process, utilizing Workday Recruiter, building talent pipelines, ensuring policy and legal compliance, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and assessment skills, experience with ATS (Workday preferred), and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels within an organization
- Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiter experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
