Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment in Indonesia and across APAC. Develop and manage recruitment channels and strategies, including CV sourcing, headhunting, phone screening, and interviews with Hiring Managers. Drive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, proactively generate talent pools, advise hiring managers on recruitment topics, deliver hiring progress updates to HQ, and implement improvements to recruitment processes and employer branding. Strong focus on sourcing talent for sales and business development roles, with a global team and growth opportunities within Teltonika and its international network.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruitment and headhunting experience (agency or in-house)
- experience hunting for sales, business development positions is a big plus
- excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- solid knowledge of the Asia region job market, talent acquisition, and headhunting channels
