Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a professional corporate environment with a strong focus on technical recruiting
- Demonstrated success hiring for software engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), data engineers, data scientists, cloud/infrastructure engineers, and technical product managers
- Strong ability to source and engage passive technical talent using a variety of tools and strategies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
