Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians and treatment professionals, managing end-to-end processes from application to onboarding while driving efficient sourcing strategies. Coordinate dynamic job fairs, community events, and group interviews to build a robust pipeline. Own the staffing dashboard for new openings, ensuring accurate workflow approvals and tracking. Partner with department leadership to align hiring needs and provide data-driven insights for streamlined decisions. Serve as a culture ambassador by championing core values in all interactions and participating in internal events like Culture Club. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, prior talent acquisition experience, and proficiency with SmartRecruiters and Google Workspace.
