Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist for Spain responsible for owning the full recruiting cycle for Spanish-market sales, operations and customer roles at volume. Build and manage inbound pipelines, screen and interview candidates, and partner with sales and customer success managers to keep roles moving. Actively engage candidates and articulate the Lexroom story in a market we are just opening. Must be native/fluent in Spanish with fluent English, 1–3 years of relevant experience in startups/sales/customer domains, and the energy to drive high-volume hiring while maintaining a human touch. Familiarity with the Spanish startup and sales ecosystem is a strong plus; Italian is a plus. Compensation includes annual salary (€25,000–€35,000 gross) plus performance bonus (up to 10%) and equity, with hybrid work from Milan HQ (3 days in office).
