Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruiting across corporate/business functions (Business Development, Marketing, Operations, etc.) with a focus on building a strong talent pipeline, providing an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to improve hiring processes. Must coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders, conduct market mapping for global/Asia markets, and demonstrate success in meeting aggressive hiring goals using modern sourcing techniques. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese required; crypto experience a plus. Remote/work-from-home arrangement may vary by business team.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of recruitment experience
- English, Spanish, and Chinese fluency
- experience with Web3/Crypto hiring a plus
- ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- ability to work independently
- positive attitude toward crypto
