Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Southern Land Company, including sourcing, interviewing (virtual and in-person), candidate travel coordination, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding. Develop and maintain job descriptions and interview materials; utilize ATS to manage candidates; build a strong candidate pipeline; track key recruitment metrics; act as a brand advocate; participate in HR projects; and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment, independence with minimal supervision, critical thinking, prioritization, confidentiality, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. Education: Bachelor’s degree; Experience: at least 3 years in recruitment; Preferred: UKG experience, PHR or SHRM-CP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experiences
