Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to source interpreters in high-demand languages (especially Spanish and Portuguese), build and maintain pipelines for urgent and high-volume language needs, assess language skills and experience through thoughtful screening, and partner with hiring managers to shape sourcing strategy. Focus on building trust across diverse communities, develop partnerships with universities and language programs, and manage the recruiting lifecycle to deliver a candidate-focused experience in a hybrid Reston, VA role.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 Years of Experience in recruiting or sourcing
- Bachelor’s Degree; however, relevant language experience can be substituted in lieu of
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and social media sourcing
