Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment across functions including sales, marketing, client advocacy, and tech. Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer, source active and passive candidates, conduct initial screening calls and HR rounds, coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment data, organize recruitment drives and university career fairs, and contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools
- Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven track record of closing roles independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
