Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Supervisors and Vice-Presidents to assess staffing needs and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, administering assessments, and managing the hiring process. The role requires maintaining recruitment tracking methods and participating in professional organizations related to recruiting. Candidates should have 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment, ideally within a financial institution, and strong communication and Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting recruitment
