Job Summary
Proactively identify, engage, and develop talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs across Southcentral Foundation. Specialize in candidate sourcing, market research, and talent engagement while partnering closely with the recruiting team to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Focus specifically on identifying exceptional talent for hard-to-fill, clinical, and high-demand positions. Maintain a thorough understanding of the cultures and needs of the primary population comprised of Alaska Native and American Indian people within the geographical service area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, to include healthcare, nonprofit, or other complex organizational environments
- AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) certification, OR AIRS Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSRM) certification, OR ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire
