Job Summary
Own the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing passive and active talent, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers while maintaining a seamless candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to identify A-Players aligned with business needs and culture, develop foundational recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions that eliminate biased hiring decisions. Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improving hiring practices while adhering to EEO and affirmative action guidelines. Build a professional network of cybersecurity institutions and organizations to attract top-tier talent.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of cybersecurity and or technology-industry recruiting experience
- proven track record of hiring top-tier talent
- Familiarity with a variety of Talent Acquisition and recruiting KPIs
- Expertise in working with HRIS (PayCom preferred)
- Expertise in working with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Expertise in working with Hiring Assistant
- Expertise in working with ZoomInfo OS applicant tracking systems
- Expertise in working with cutting-edge recruiting tools
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skill
- Document and implement a successful process to manage talent acquisition

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT
