Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management; post job openings and proactively source candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniques; coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and panel teams; maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates; partner with leadership to understand hiring goals; develop and implement creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies; build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles; collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve candidate experience; manage recruiting logistics and maintain accurate records in the ATS; represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events; support onboarding and offboarding processes with HR and hiring managers; onboarding coordination and compliance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using proactive recruiting methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience recruiting in HVAC, Automotive, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Must be based in or near Houston, TX
