Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment across Professional, Technical, Production and Temporary roles. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding, sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking; screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates; partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles; and driving employer branding initiatives. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, campaign-style recruitment campaigns, events, and compliance reporting (EEO, OFCCP, GDPR), with a focus on delivering timely and data-driven recruitment outcomes. Based in The Navy Yard, Philadelphia, with exposure to construction/industrial environments and required PPE. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, with HR certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in high-volume or corporate environments
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data-driven recruitment and reporting
