Job Summary
Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors from various regions to meet diverse language needs. Develop recruiting strategies to maintain a qualified pipeline, conduct interviews to assess language skills, and manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing requirements while maintaining a candidate network through market research. Track recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This role requires flexibility for different time zones and proficiency in English, supporting a mission of connecting top linguists with global opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management abilities
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed
Desired Qualifications
