Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for supporting recruitment lifecycle across Traffic Management LLC locations: create and publish postings, source and screen candidates, maintain candidate pipelines, manage requisitions, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, perform background checks (including driver’s license verification and MVR), coordinate interview schedules and hiring events, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, maintain recruiting trackers, and support onboarding. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication, knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws, and ability to travel up to 5% for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
