Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruiting lifecycle across Traffic Management LLC locations, handling sourcing, screening, interview coordination, background checks (including driver’s license verification and MVR), scheduling 15–17 candidate interviews daily, creating and publishing postings, managing requisitions, and building/maintaining candidate pipelines. Requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration with hiring managers; emphasizes administering screening tools, interview techniques, and candidate experience, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment laws. Travel up to 5% for job fairs and events; duties include preparing recruitment materials and supporting onboarding and front desk operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
- At least 2 years recruitment experience strongly preferred
