Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) will work with Executive Recruiters to fulfill recruiting assignments, perform preliminary candidate interviews, screen candidates using standardized techniques, and provide feedback on qualifications. The role emphasizes sourcing through social media, networking, referrals, calls, and the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline to support executives. It requires experience recruiting across a diverse range of openings, proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo, strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, the ability to discuss roles and respond to candidate questions, and experience in recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting candidates for a diverse list of openings
- Prior experience using various sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and professional networking
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the open roles and answer any questions a potential candidate may have
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
