Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on recruiting operations, interview coordination, onboarding workflows, and ownership of the Internship Program; supports enterprise hiring with scheduling, candidate communications, job data management, and ADP processing while not owning full-cycle recruiting. Core duties include coordinating interviews across departments and locations, managing onboarding and background screenings, posting positions, maintaining requisition data and the Open Position Report, distributing interview tools, assisting with job descriptions, and supporting internship program execution, campus research events, and intern communications. Requires experience in recruiting coordination/HR operations and ADP/ATS familiarity; internship or campus program experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or internship program support
- ATS/HRIS experience (ADP preferred)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder support skills
- Internship or campus program experience preferred
