Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance) across Europe, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and partnering with Product and Marketing teams. Develop and implement high-volume recruiting strategies, ensure a strong candidate experience with fast, clear communication to candidates and hiring managers, and collaborate with managers to align expectations and drive successful hiring across international markets. Requires competency-based interview experience, attention to detail in job descriptions and messaging, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in hiring for non-tech roles (e.g. Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, etc.)
- Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper — Intermediate English
- Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
- High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
- Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities
