Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates using iCIMS ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, verify licensure and certifications, and track metrics including time-to-fill and pipeline health. Represent the organization at career fairs and campus outreach to build a new graduate pipeline while supporting employer branding initiatives. This role supports the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals. Candidates must have two years of talent acquisition experience within healthcare and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
- Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience
