Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions by sourcing, screening, and engaging active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques. Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to support strategic workforce plans. Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline health while representing the organization at career fairs and campus outreach initiatives. Work a 9:00am to 5:00pm day shift with flexibility in a hybrid schedule at St Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
- Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience
