Job Summary
Manage 8-10 weekly hiring events and conduct team member interviews to support full-cycle recruiting across assigned regions. Execute field recruiting partnerships with local universities, churches, and organizations to generate candidate flow, while advertising budgets are set and monitored to maximize exposure. Reach out to candidates daily via Workday, Snagajob, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, and update reports consistently to meet 85% staffing goals. Provide feedback to management and oversee the orientation process for new hires. This role requires bi-lingual skills (English and Spanish or Creole) and 2+ years of staffing or QSR experience, with 80% travel and reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications

- High level of energy
- Ability to multi-task
- 2+ years' experience in a staffing role
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish or Creole)
- Clear, effective verbal and written skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Travel up to 80%
