Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for partnering with Plexus leadership and HR Partners to anticipate and meet evolving human capital needs, owning full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, building a network of passive candidates, and advising managers on candidate suitability. Utilize sourcing and branding tactics (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage candidates, conduct phone screens, assessments, and on-day onboarding. Collaborate with HR and Hiring Leaders, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to improving employee retention through best practices. Travel less than 40% is required; position located in Neenah, WI. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/ATS systems is expected.
