Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting for the company's growing sales organization, partnering with hiring managers to attract, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard qualified candidates. Responsibilities include managing sourcing and candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking; conducting initial screenings and evaluating candidates against job requirements; coordinating interview logistics; administering offers and background checks; supporting onboarding and new-hire orientation; maintaining candidate experience; and contributing to recruiting events and employer branding. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or related field
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Internship experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields is a plus
- Experience supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or sourcing tools is a plus
- Experience recruiting for sales, customer-facing, manufacturing, distribution, or operational positions preferred
- Agency recruiting, staffing, or corporate recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is preferred
