Job Summary
Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for Phoenix and Tucson pharmacies, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Screen and assess candidates, present qualified finalists, and manage all communication through the selection process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and oversee the employment offer process with HR partners. Maintain accurate ATS records, post positions internally/externally, and build pipelines through partnerships with local schools and community organizations. Travel up to 40% as needed to support pharmacies and business units. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of recruiting experience; proficiency with Workday and SkillSurvey is preferred. Emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and a service-oriented, outcomes-driven approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (business, human resources management or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience sourcing or recruiting in a best-in-class organization
- Hands on experience working with ATS; Workday preferred
