Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across the company. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to build robust talent pipelines. Design and execute end-to-end hiring processes and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to streamline recruitment. Responsibilities include collaborating with managers, proactive sourcing, creating job descriptions and interview questions, evaluating candidates, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining recruitment documentation. Requirements include a bachelor s degree, 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting expertise, passive sourcing techniques, strategic recruitment planning, tech-savviness with social media and ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions proficiency, and strong communication skills. Nice-to-have: HR certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
